Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle Applications Engineer to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of Oracle expertise and a proven track record in leading complex Oracle Applications projects. This role involves both hands-on technical work and strategic leadership, providing high-level consulting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Oracle Applications projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud Applications, and related technologies.
- Design and implement robust Oracle solutions that meet client business requirements while ensuring best practices and scalability.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis, system architecture design, and process re-engineering to enhance business processes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
- Manage client relationships, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and deliver value-added solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends, incorporating innovative practices into client solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams through complex problem-solving initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Applications, including extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Cloud Applications.
- Deep understanding of Oracle database technologies, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale Oracle projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentorship and development.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Oracle certifications are highly desirable.
